  I have used this company for my auto repairs for about 3 years. Everything seemed to be going well. However, 6 months ago my handicap van was dropped off for an lube, oil change, filter & inspection be I was handicapped my friend dropped my then off for the service in the morning and usually we come back in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Today my friend stayed to wait for the service because he had nothing to do. I needed a lube, oil & filter with a new inspection sticker. It took approximately 20 minutes. I don't know if you know anything about servicing automobiles, but a lube, oil and filter takes a lot longer than 20 minutes. Then, to find out that my friend found that he did not even pull a wheel off of my van to check my brakes. I guess he figured that because I am handicapped and I only have low mileage. (4000 miles) driven since the last inspection. He could just slap a sticker on it. It get away with it. Now, that tells me He does shoddy work. I had trusted him for years and now I will not put my faith in his hands. I moved all my business to Schnecksville auto to find out I was paying way too much from Ballietsville.
